Guide Fees & Allowances (Effective Oct 1, 2025 - Sept 30, 2027)

1. Guide Fees by Group Size and Duration

Group Size	Half Day (up to 4 hrs)	Full Day (4 to 8 hrs)
1 to 5 Persons	₹2,500	₹3,250
6 to 14 Persons	₹3,250	₹4,000
15 to 40 Persons	₹4,000	₹5,200

2. Language Allowance

Group Size	Half Day	Full Day
Up to 14 Persons	₹800	₹1,000
15 Persons & Above	₹1,000	₹1,300

3. Conveyance Allowance

For reporting or returning from Fatehpur Sikri and Sikandra (outside Agra), a conveyance allowance of ₹350 is payable once either for going or returning.

4. Special Notes

All monument sightseeing tours in Agra qualify for half-day or full-day guide fees as above.
Outstation overnight stays are excluded from this fee structure.
Lunch, overtime, or extra transport charges are not payable separately and are considered included.
This fee structure is fixed and non-negotiable.
